Day 3. Beijing (American Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)
We embark for a full day tour which begins at the Tian An Men Square and the extravagant Ming-era Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City , including the jewelry section.After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, it is described by UNESCO as "a masterpiece of Chinese landscape garden design".We enjoy a walk along Lake Kunming.
This evening, enjoy your Beijing Duck dinner.

Day 4. Beijing (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Today it's time to visit the awe-inspiring Great Wall at Badaling, On the way, stop to photograph the iconic "Bird's Nest" the Beijing National Stadium of the 2008 Summer Olympics.After lunch, visit a Cloisonn Factory and observe the skilled artisans at work as they create intricate designs. This afternoon tour the old Beijing Hutong and Alley.

Day 5. Beijing / Xi'an (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Start our last day tour in Beijing by visiting Temple of Heaven, where the emperors spray for harvest.
In the late afternoon you will fly to the ancient city of Xian, the former capital of China.

Day 6. Xi'an (American Breakfast, Lunch, Special Dinner)
Xi'an, the former capital of China and enjoys a rich 5000 year old history. We will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, followed with a stop at the Bell Tower. Thereafter, we enjoy an Imperial Dumpling Banquet and shortly after watch the world famous Tang Dynasty Stage Show.

Day 7. Xi'an / Guilin (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
To Finish up our tour in Xi'an with a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and The Ancient City Wall.
You will then board a plane bound for the Limestone Mountain region city of Guilin.

Day 8. Guilin / Yangshuo / Guilin (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Begin the day with a half day Li River Cruise.The 45-mile journey to Yangshou glides through a landscape of natural beauty of mist shrouded crags and bamboo groves that have inspired painters and poets for centuries. Enjoy your lunch on boat.Sightseeing in Yangshuo, transfer back to Guilin in the afternoon.

Day 9. Guilin / Chongqing / Yangtze River Cruise (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
This morning, see dramatic rock formations at Reed Flute Cave and Fubo Hill.
Late afternoon flight to Chongqing, the 'mountain city', which was the capital of China during World War II. you will check into President Prime Suite cruise ship awaits to take us on our highly anticipated Grand Yangtze adventure.(departs at 8PM)

Day 10. Cruise the Yangtze (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Shore excursion to Fengdu, Visit the Show Jade Cave.

Day 11. Cruise the Yangtze (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Sailing through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Excursion to the Lesser Gorges along the Daning River or Shennong Stream.

Day 12. Yichang / Shanghai (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Arrive at Yang Jia Wang in the Morning and visit the Three Gorges Dam Site. Disembarkation at Yichang in the afternoon where you will be met and transferred to the airport for your flight to Shanghai.

Day 13. Shanghai (American Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
The full day city tour includes a visit to Old Town, Jade Buddha Temple shopping street and Yu Garden. Take in the local scenery of bustling shopping district Nanjing Road and travel along the famous Bund. In the afternoon, we will visit Shanghai Museum.
Tonight you will watch the world famous Acrobatic Show.

Day 14. Shanghai / Hong Kong (American Breakfast)
A change of pace today as you depart to the airport for your flight to exciting Hong Kong.

Day 15. Hong Kong
Today we show off this dynamic city; sightseeing includes Stanley Market, then on to fashionable Repulse Bay, followed by a sampan ride to see the floating community at Aberdeen. Optional ride to the summit of Victoria Peak which affords unsurpassed panoramic vistas of the city.

Day 16. Hong Kong
Today is free on your own.

A: Yes, the land only price is $600.00 /person based on double occupancy. For solo passenger, single supplement of $420 will apply. You need to arrange your own flights into Beijing and out of Shanghai.
3. Q: Which airlines do you use? And what is the flight schedule?
A: We will fly with China Eastern Airlines. Please contact us for detailed flight schedules. Please note, flight schedules is subject to change on the will of the airlines. Our bottom line is to arrange a flight that departs and returns to JFK on the date as stated on the itinerary.
4. Q: How do I reserve/confirm the tour?
A: You need to purchase the Livingsocial voucher first and then call our agents at 1-800-410-4111 to confirm your reservation. Our agents will inform you of the detailed booking procedures.
5. Q: Do I need a visa to visit China? How long does it take? How much does it cost? How do I obtain China Visa? Can we do that through you?
A: Yes, all U.S. citizens are required to obtain the Chinese visa before entering into China. If you go to the Chinese consulate and apply in person, normally it will take 4 business days. Chinese Consulate will charge you $140/passport for U.S. Passports as of now. Price is subject to change by Chinese Consulate without further notice. If you want us to apply for the visa for you, we charge $29/passport service fee. If you need our service, please contact our agents at 1-800-410-4111 for detailed information.
6. Q: Are there any other hidden fees?
A: All the extra fees are listed clearly on livingsocial's webpage for this promotion.
Fees not included in the tour price are: Service fee, Chinese visa & return mailing fee and tax.
7. Q: Do I tip in China?
A: The service fee of $6/person/day is required for the tour guides and drivers. $3/person for half day's service or an airport transfer. It will come to a total of $48/person for the whole trip. If you are very satisfied with the tour guides and drivers, they will always be grateful for your extra gratuity.
8. Q: What is the price for children? How do I purchase the tour for them?
• Children at age of 2-12 will get 10% of the promotional price provided the tour is booked directly through us.
• Infants under 2 years old: 30% of adult price, plus all tax and fees.
9. Q: What does single supplement mean? How much is it?
A: Our tour prices are based on two travelers sharing one hotel room. If you are traveling alone or occupy one hotel room, you need to pay for the other half of the room. This is what we called "single supplement". It's $420.
10. Q: I want to save on single supplement charge. Can you find a roommate for me?
A: We will try to find a roommate for you. If we cannot find you a roommate before your departure date, the forcec single supplement of $420.00 will apply.
11. Q: Are the rooms and buses non-smoking?
A: Yes, we only book non-smoking rooms and buses for our groups.
12. Q: Can I leave the group and do my own activities?
A:It's not allowed for anyone to leave the group. If you want to leave the group, an operating fee will be charged on spot.

18. Q: It appears that there is a time difference between China and the U.S.. China is ahead of West Coast time by how many hours?
A: China now is 15 hours ahead of us (west coast).

A: No. Casual clothes would be perfectly fine for the whole trip. :)
20. Q: Where can I exchange US dollar to Chinese Yuan? Would it be better to get Chinese currency in the United States? Instead of taking American money to exchange, is it good to take American travelers checks ?
A: Please take US dollars in cash with you. $400/person should be enough depends on what items you want to buy. You can exchange the dollars at Beijing airport or hotel front desks. No need to do exchange in the U.S. Do not bring traveler's checks, they are not widely accepted in China.
21. Q: How do i pay for the special dinners and shows? Can I use my credit card to pay for things I buy in China?
A: Please pay the special dinner & shows to tour guide in US dollars cash or Chinese¥ cash. If you want to purchase some items at big stores, shopping malls, supermarkets etc., major credit cards such as Master, Visa are widely accepted.
22. Q: I need to use hair dryer everyday. Do I need to bring my own hair dryer?
A: All the hotels has a hair dryer in the room. You do not need to bring your own hair dryer.
23. Q: Can I bring my laptop with me? How can I get access to internet?
A: Yes, you can bring a laptop with you while traveling. But always be careful with your personal belongings. All the hotels have free wifi at the lobby, some even in the rooms.
