ENTRY/EXIT REQUIREMENTS
A valid passport is required for all travelers entering South Korea. Depending on your nationality, a visa may or may not be required.
Travelers should ensure their passport is valid for the duration of their stay and check visa requirements in advance.
Foreign visitors are not permitted to engage in paid work under a tourist status.

● Eligible visa-free travelers may be required to obtain a K-ETA prior to departure.
● The K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization linked to your passport
● Approval is typically required before departure and is valid for multiple short visits within its validity period
● Travelers should apply in advance to avoid delays in travel planning
● Some travelers (including certain exempt categories) may not be required to obtain K-ETA depending on current government policy
Entry Requirements
● A valid passport is required for all travelers (typically at least 6 months validity recommended)
● Immigration officers may request proof of return or onward travel
● Proof of accommodation and sufficient funds may be requested upon entry
● Final entry permission is determined by immigration officers at the port of arrival
Exit Requirements & General Notes
● Travelers must comply with visa or visa-free stay duration limits
● Overstaying permitted duration may result in fines or entry restrictions in the future
● Ensure all travel documents are valid for the entire duration of your stay
● Keep both digital and printed copies of important documents while traveling
