After check-in, take some time to relax and settle in. This evening, begin your culinary journey with a Welcome Dinner featuring classic Cantonese cuisine, a delicious introduction to the flavors and traditions of Hong Kong.

Daily Itinerary Day 3 Hong Kong: Dim Sum, Old Town & Classic Hong Kong Flavors
Start your day with one of Hong Kong’s most beloved traditions—Dim Sum. Enjoy a selection of freshly prepared dumplings, buns and other Cantonese specialties served with Chinese tea.
Continue to Central and Sheung Wan, where historic temples, traditional shops, narrow streets and modern cafés tell the story of Hong Kong’s past and present.

Daily Itinerary Day 4 Hong Kong: Eat Like a Local – Sham Shui Po & Temple Street
Today, leave the polished skyscrapers behind and discover another side of Hong Kong.
Explore Sham Shui Po, one of the city’s most authentic local neighborhoods. Walk through bustling streets filled with traditional markets, family-run shops and neighborhood eateries.
Enjoy a casual tasting experience featuring local favorites such as rice noodle rolls, tofu pudding, fish balls, traditional pastries and other Hong Kong street foods.
Later, continue to Tsim Sha Tsui and stroll along the waterfront and Avenue of Stars. Take in magnificent views across Victoria Harbour and experience a ride aboard the iconic Star Ferry.
In the evening, visit the famous Temple Street Night Market, where the streets come alive with vendors, restaurants and local food stalls. Experience the atmosphere of nighttime Hong Kong while discovering popular dishes such as claypot rice and other traditional specialties.

Take a scenic ride on the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car and enjoy spectacular views of the mountains, coastline and South China Sea. Visit Ngong Ping Village and see the impressive Tian Tan Buddha, one of Hong Kong’s most iconic landmarks.
Continue to Tai O Fishing Village, a historic community known for its traditional stilt houses, fishing heritage and distinctive local flavors. Stroll through the narrow streets and local market, where you can discover dried seafood, shrimp paste, fish balls and other traditional specialties.
